Sajeeli – Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Sajeeli, every piece of heritage jewelry is carefully handcrafted, thoroughly inspected, and securely packed before leaving our showroom in Jaipur. Because our items are delicate fashion accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
We offer replacements strictly and only under the following two conditions:
1. Damaged During Transit
If your jewelry is damaged while traveling to you, we will replace it completely free of charge.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To prevent fraudulent claims, we strictly require a continuous, unedited parcel unboxing video showing the opening of the outer courier package down to the product defect.
- Timeframe: The unboxing video must be shared with our support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery. No claims will be entertained without a valid unboxing video or after the 24-hour window.
2. Manufacturing Faults
In the rare event that a piece has a structural defect from our end (e.g., a broken clasp or missing stone right out of the box), we will issue a direct replacement.

Sajeeli’s Jewellery Care Tips
Your jewellery is delicate and deserves a little extra love! To maintain its shine and prevent tarnishing, please follow these simple steps:
- Last On, First Off: Always put your jewellery on after applying makeup, hairspray, and perfume. Chemicals in these products can dull the polish.
- Keep it Dry: Avoid wearing your pieces while showering, swimming, or exercising. Water and sweat are the biggest enemies of imitation polish!
- Store with Care: When not in use, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or an airtight plastic zip-lock bag. This prevents scratches and oxidation from air exposure.
- Gently Clean: After wearing, give your jewellery a quick, gentle wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove any oils or dust before storing it away.
