1. General Overview

All products, services, and content on this website are provided by Sajeeli, the retail division of Laxmi Narayan Enterprises. Our imitation jewellery is carefully curated to offer style and elegance, and we strive to represent every piece as accurately as possible through our digital imagery.

Sajeeli provides high-quality imitation and fashion jewellery. Please note that due to digital photography and screen settings, slight variations in colour, shine, or stones may occur. These are not considered defects.

2. Our Gentle No-Return Policy

At Sajeeli, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our imitation jewellery. To ensure that every piece you receive is brand new, untouched, and maintains the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, we follow a No-Return & No-Exchange Policy.

We understand that choosing the perfect accessory is important, so we encourage you to review the product photos and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your jewellery reaches you in a damaged condition, we are more than happy to set things right!

To help us process a replacement for you, please reach out to us at asksajeeli@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Simply include:

  • Your Order ID.
  • A few clear photos of the item.
  • A continuous unboxing video (starting from the sealed parcel to the reveal of the damage).

Since our pieces are delicate, this video helps us confirm that the damage occurred during transit so we can quickly send a fresh piece your way.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

We take immense care in packaging, but in the rare event that a product is damaged during transit or the wrong item is delivered, we will offer a replacement.

The return of jewellery delivered should be informed to Laxmi Narayan Enterprises through an whatsapp (with tag no, invoice copy, product image and unboxing video) which is +91-9216052282 within 24 hours. Laxmi Narayan Enterprises will arrange a pick up free of cost for those products informed within 24 hours. The address to be mentioned is as below.

  • Reporting Window: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Evidence: You must email asksajeeli@gmail.com with:
    1. Your Order Number.
    2. Clear photos of the damaged item.
    3. A continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video must start from the sealed parcel (showing the shipping label clearly) and continue without any cuts until the damage is revealed.
  • Note: If the unboxing video is edited, cut, or started after the parcel is already open, the claim will be summarily rejected. Claims without a valid unboxing video or reported after 24 hours will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement.
  • Once received and upon QC pass, the right product will be shipped to you within 2 to 3 working days.

4. Product Care & Liability

Imitation jewellery is prone to oxidation if exposed to water, perfume, or chemicals. Sajeeli is not responsible for any change in polish or stone loss after the product has been used. Laxmi Narayan Enterprises is not liable for any skin reactions or natural wear-and-tear (like oxidation) after the product has been used.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided by our courier partners. Laxmi Narayan Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen weather conditions.

6. Cancellation Policy

At Sajeeli, we start processing your beautiful jewellery as soon as you place your order to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

  • Before Dispatch: You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, the refund for the same will be processed within 10 working days through same payment mode. Please email us at asksajeeli@gmail.com with your Order ID to request a cancellation.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and a tracking ID has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Sajeeli reserves the right to cancel the order, in case there is any unauthorized activity in the payment.

Sajeeli’s Jewellery Care Tips

Your jewellery is delicate and deserves a little extra love! To maintain its shine and prevent tarnishing, please follow these simple steps:

  • Last On, First Off: Always put your jewellery on after applying makeup, hairspray, and perfume. Chemicals in these products can dull the polish.
  • Keep it Dry: Avoid wearing your pieces while showering, swimming, or exercising. Water and sweat are the biggest enemies of imitation polish!
  • Store with Care: When not in use, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or an airtight plastic zip-lock bag. This prevents scratches and oxidation from air exposure.
  • Gently Clean: After wearing, give your jewellery a quick, gentle wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove any oils or dust before storing it away.
